On April 18 a meeting was held under the chairmanship of President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev on discussing measures aimed at decreasing the negative impacts of economic instability on the sectors of our country.

Reached an agreement on a Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of Uzbekistan and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for the period 2026–2028. The memorandum outlines the planned implementation of 28 new projects totaling $4.2 billion.

The delegation from Uzbekistan, led by Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Ilzat Kasimov, is participating in the China-SCO Conference on Industrial Cooperation in Sustainable Development.

Uzbekistan's international reserve assets increased by $6,672.2 million in the first quarter of 2025, reaching $47,853.8 million.

The World Bank will provide $153 million in financing—comprising a concessional loan and grants — to support project activities that are part of a broader regional program to rehabilitate degraded forests and lands across five Central Asian countries.
