Shundan keyin sur\u2019at biroz oshadi \u2014 2026-yilda 6,1% va 2027-yilda 6,3% ga yetadi.<br \/>\nKelgusi yilda o\u2018sishning asosiy drayverlari xizmatlar sohasi (14,5%) va qurilish (14,2%) bo\u2018ladi. 2026-yilda esa xizmatlar sohasidagi o\u2018sish biroz oshadi (15% gacha), qurilishdagi o\u2018sish esa pasayadi (10,2%).<br \/>\nSanoatdagi qo\u2018shilgan qiymat har yili taxminan 6% ga o\u2018sadi, bu yilgi 6,9% o\u2018sishdan keyin. Qishloq xo\u2018jaligi esa 2025-yilda 4,1% barqaror o\u2018sishni namoyish etadi va 2026-yilda 4,2% ga yetadi.<\/p>\n<p>Inflyatsiya joriy yil oxiriga kelib taxminan 9% ni tashkil qiladi, bu o\u2018tgan yilgi 8,8% dan biroz yuqoriroq. Keyingi yilda u 7% gacha sekinlashadi, 2027-yilga kelib esa 5% maqsadli darajaga erishiladi.<br \/>\n2025-yilda tashqi savdo aylanmasi 71,2 mlrd AQSh dollariga (+6%) yetadi, savdo balansi defitsiti esa biroz kamayib, 10,4 mlrd dollarni tashkil etadi. Bir yil o\u2018tib, tashqi savdo hajmi 76,5 mlrd dollarga yetadi va salbiy saldo 8,8 mlrd dollarga kamayadi.<\/p>\n<p>Budjet daromadlari prognozi 308,54 trln so\u2018mni (YaIMning 19%) tashkil etadi, bu joriy yil ko\u2018rsatkichidan 13,8% ga yuqori. Maqsadli jamg\u2018armalarga tushumlarni hisobga olganda, ko\u2018rsatkich 375,06 trln so\u2018mga (+15,2%) yetadi.<br \/>\nDavlat daromadlarining eng katta manbasi bilvosita soliqlar bo\u2018lib qoladi. Tushumlar hajmi 104,67 trln so\u2018m (+16,5%) ni tashkil etishi kutilmoqda.<br \/>\nBu summaning ikki uchdan ko\u2018pi \u2014 71,83 trln so\u2018m (+18,3%) QQS hisobiga to\u2018g\u2018ri keladi. To\u2018lovlarning oshishi ayrim imtiyozlarning bekor qilinishi, energetika resurslari tariflarining o\u2018zgarishi, shuningdek, umumiy iqtisodiy o\u2018sish va yig\u2018ilish sur\u2019ati oshishi bilan ta\u2019minlanadi.<br \/>\nAksiz solig\u2018i bo\u2018yicha tushumlar 21,36 trln so\u2018mni (+16,5%) tashkil etadi, shundan biroz ko\u2018prog\u2018i gazga (6,21 trln so\u2018m), benzin va dizel yoqilg\u2018isiga (5,5 trln so\u2018m) to\u2018g\u2018ri keladi. Shakarli ichimliklar bo\u2018yicha tushumlarning 81% ga oshib, 1,15 trln so\u2018mni tashkil etishi kutilmoqda.<\/p>\n<p>To\u2018g\u2018ridan-to\u2018g\u2018ri soliqlar budjetga 100,26 trln so\u2018m (+14,6%) olib keladi, shundan biznes foyda solig\u2018i 54,75 trln so\u2018mni (+11,9%) tashkil etadi. Jismoniy shaxslardan olinadigan daromad solig\u2018i bo\u2018yicha tushumlar yana 41,99 trln so\u2018mni tashkil etib, ish haqlarining o\u2018sishi va ularning \u201csoya\u201ddan chiqarilishi hisobiga 17,9% ga o\u2018sadi.<br \/>\nMEF resurs soliqlari bo\u2018yicha 38,69 trln so\u2018m (+7,5%) tushumlarni, jumladan, yer osti boyliklaridan foydalanish solig\u2018i bo\u2018yicha 20,65 trln so\u2018m (+3%) tushumlarni kutmoqda.<br \/>\nSoliqqa aloqador bo\u2018lmagan tushumlar 64,9 trln so\u2018mni (+12,4%) tashkil etadi. Bu xususiylashtirishdan kelgan daromadlar, davlat ulushlaridan dividendlar, davlat bojxonalari, yig\u2018imlar, jarimalar va boshqalarni o\u2018z ichiga oladi.<\/p>\n<p>2025-yil uchun rejalashtirilgan xarajatlar hajmi 344,6 trln so\u2018mni tashkil etadi, bu joriy yilgi ko\u2018rsatkichdan 8,5% ga ko\u2018p, ularning YaIMdagi ulushi esa 22,5% dan 21,1% gacha kamayadi. Budjet va maqsadli jamg\u2018armalar xarajatlari 407,4 trln so\u2018mni (+10,1%) tashkil etadi.<br \/>\nXarajatlarning yarmidan ko\u2018prog\u2018i (178,2 trln so\u2018m) ijtimoiy sohaga ajratiladi. Ta\u2019lim uchun 84 trln so\u2018m, tibbiyot uchun 41 trln so\u2018m ajratish rejalashtirilgan. Yana 36 trln so\u2018m nafaqalar, kompensatsiyalar va Pensiya jamg\u2018armasiga o\u2018tkazmalarni tashkil etadi.<br \/>\nXususan, xususiy bolalar bog\u2018chalari uchun subsidiyalar uchun 3,8 trln so\u2018m (+14,7%) sarflash rejalashtirilgan. Shu bilan birga, bir tarbiyalanuvchiga o\u2018rtacha xarajatlar 3,124 mln so\u2018mga qisqaradi.<\/p>\n<p>Milliy iqtisodiyot ehtiyojlari uchun xarajatlar 39,2 trln so\u2018mni tashkil etadi. Bu summaning deyarli uchdan biri tabiiy gaz (7 trln so\u2018m), elektr energiyasi (500 mlrd so\u2018m) va isitish (4,84 trln so\u2018m) uchun subsidiyalarni o\u2018z ichiga oladi. Savdo qo\u2018llab-quvvatlash jamg\u2018armasiga 714 mlrd so\u2018m ajratiladi.<br \/>\nYana 27,4 trln so\u2018m infratuzilmani rivojlantirishga yo\u2018naltiriladi. Jumladan, 15 ta tanlangan tuman va shaharlarda kompleks rivojlanish uchun 1 trln so\u2018m ajratiladi.<\/p>\n<p>2025-yilda konsolidatsiyalangan budjet defitsiti 49,26 trln so\u2018mni tashkil etib, joriy yilga nisbatan 13,9% ga kamayadi. Keyin esa u 2026-yilda 55,5 trln so\u2018mga va 2027-yilda 64,1 trln so\u2018mga oshadi, lekin YaIMning 3% darajasida qoladi.<br \/>\nYil yakuniga ko\u2018ra, davlat qarzining umumiy hajmi 39,7 mlrd AQSh dollariga (YaIMning 35,5%) yetadi, bu o\u2018tgan yilga nisbatan 4,8 mlrd dollarga ko\u2018pdir. 2025-yil oxiriga kelib, davlat qarzi 45 mlrd dollardan oshishi (YaIMning 36,7%) mumkin, shundan 39,4 mlrd dollari tashqi qarzga to\u2018g\u2018ri keladi.<\/p>\n<p>Kelgusi yilda 5,5 mlrd dollar miqdorida tashqi qarz jalb qilish rejalashtirilmoqda, shundan 3 mlrd dollar budjetni bajarilishini ta\u2019minlash uchun yo\u2018naltiriladi.
