Kambag\u2018allik darajasi\u00a011\u00a0foizdan\u00a06,8\u00a0foizga, ishsizlik\u00a06,8\u00a0foizdan\u00a04,9\u00a0foizga tushdi, yalpi ichki mahsulot hajmi\u00a0103\u00a0mlrd\u00a0dollardan\u00a0145\u00a0mlrd\u00a0dollarga yetdi, eksport hajmi\u00a025\u00a0mlrd\u00a0dollardan\u00a033,4\u00a0mlrd\u00a0dollarga, xorijiy investitsiyalar hajmi\u00a017\u00a0mlrd\u00a0dollardan\u00a043\u00a0mlrd\u00a0dollarga oshdi, xorijiy turistlar soni\u00a06,6\u00a0mlndan\u00a08,6\u00a0mln nafarga, maktabgacha ta\u2019lim qamrovi 72\u00a0foizdan\u00a078\u00a0foizga, oliy ta\u2019lim qamrovi\u00a042\u00a0foizga, O\u2018zbekiston bilan diplomatik munosabatlar o\u2018rnatgan davlatlar soni\u00a0144\u00a0tadan\u00a0164\u00a0taga\u00a0yetdi.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Shu bilan birga, so\u2018nggi ikki yilda O\u2018zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining\u00a0650\u00a0dan\u00a0ziyod\u00a0farmon\u00a0va\u00a0qarori qabul qilindi. Davlatimiz\u00a0Rahbari\u00a0tomonidan\u00a0500\u00a0dan\u00a0ziyod turli darajadagi\u00a0yig\u2018ilish,\u00a0uchrashuv\u00a0va\u00a0taqdimotlarda barcha sohalar bo\u2018yicha yangi vazifalar qo\u2018yildi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Masalan, ikki yil oldin 2030 yilgacha yalpi ichki mahsulotimiz hajmini\u00a0160\u00a0milliard\u00a0dollarga yetkazish maqsadi qo\u2018yilgan edi. Endi bu marraga 2026\u00a0yilning o\u2018zida erishilishi kutilmoqda. Murojaatnomada kelgusi besh yilda iqtisodiyotimiz hajmini\u00a0240\u00a0milliard\u00a0dollardan oshirish imkoniyati borligi ta\u2019kidlandi.\u00a0Ya\u2019ni yurtimizda barcha sohalarda yuqori marralar olinayapti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Shuningdek, 2023 yilda aholimiz soni\u00a036,7 mln\u00a0nafarni tashkil qilgan bo\u2018lsa, bu ko\u2018rsatkich 2030 yilga borib\u00a041 mlngacha\u00a0oshishi prognoz qilinmoqda. Har bir yangi maqsadni ushbu o\u2018sishni\u00a0inobatga olib belgilash\u00a0ham muhim.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Bundan tashqari,\u00a0jahon iqtisodiyoti\u00a0va\u00a0xalqaro munosabatlarda\u00a0tendensiyalar\u00a0va\u00a0dinamika\u00a0o\u2018zgarayapti. Raqamli texnologiyalar va sun\u2019iy intellekt, aholi ehtiyojlari ham yangi qadamlarni, aniq rejalarni kun tartibiga qo\u2018yyapti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Ushbu o\u2018zgarish va natijalarni hisobga olib, \u201cO\u2018zbekiston \u2013 2030\u201d strategiyasining takomillashtirilgan loyihasi ishlab chiqildi. Bu borada mutasaddi vazirlik va idoralar hamda\u00a0ilmiy markazlarning\u00a0350\u00a0nafardan ortiq vakillari ishtirokida Strategiyadagi barcha\u00a0444\u00a0ta\u00a0samaradorlik ko\u2018rsatkichi bugungi kun nuqtai nazaridan qayta ko\u2018rib chiqildi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Jumladan, \u201cO\u2018zbekiston\u00a0\u2013\u00a02030\u201d strategiyasi loyihasi\u00a0quyidagi jihatlari\u00a0bilan ahamiyatli:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">birinchidan, barcha ko\u2018rsatkichlar\u00a0Davlatimiz Rahbari\u00a0tomonidan belgilab berilgan\u00a0yangi marralarga\u00a0moslashtirildi va to\u2018ldirildi. Bunda, yurtdoshlarimizga\u00a0munosib sharoit yaratadigan, har bir\u00a0inson\u00a0va\u00a0oila hayotida\u00a0seziladigan maqsadlarga alohida e\u2019tibor qaratildi;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">ikkinchidan, barcha ko\u2018rsatkichlar\u00a0o\u2018lchanadigan, ya\u2019ni, son shaklida (<em>foiz, ulush, daraja, hajm, nisbat, ball, indeks<\/em>) bo\u2018lishi qat\u2019iy belgilandi. Hisoblab yoki baholab bo\u2018lmaydigan,\u00a0umumiy vazifa,\u00a0topshiriq\u00a0va\u00a0\u201cshior\u201d\u00a0ko\u2018rinishidagi ko\u2018rsatkichlar chiqarib tashlandi (<em>bunday\u00a0 bandlar 130 ta<\/em>);<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">uchinchidan, barcha samaradorlik ko\u2018rsatkichlarining bajaralishi 2030 yilgacha\u00a0yilma-yil\u00a0belgilandi. Ya\u2019ni, har bir\u00a0ijobiy o\u2018zgarishni\u00a0yillar\u00a0kesimida\u00a0ko\u2018rish imkoniyati yaratildi;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">to\u2018rtinchidan, Strategiyada\u00a0har bir vazirlik va idora\u00a0o\u2018z o\u2018rnini topdi. Jumladan, keyingi yil 50 tadan ziyod shunday konsepsiya (4 ta), soha va tarmoqlarni rivojlantirish strategiyalari (38 ta) hamda har bir hududni rivojlantirish strategiyalarini (14 ta) qabul qilish rejalashtirilgan.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Umuman, Strategiyadagi samaradorlik ko\u2018rsatkichlariga erishish barcha darajadagi tashkilotlarning\u00a0eng ustuvor vazifasi\u00a0hisoblanadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">O\u2018zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidenti\u00a0topshiriqlariga muvofiq, yurtimizning kelgusi besh yillik taraqqiyotiga daxldor bo\u2018lgan ushbu hujjat keng jamoatchilik muhokamasidan o\u2018tkazilib, aholimizning fikr-mulohazalari asosida takomillashtiriladi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Shunga ko\u2018ra, Strategiya loyihasi bugun\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/uzbekistan2030.uz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>uzbekistan2030.uz<\/strong><\/a> va\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/regulation.adliya.uz\/project\/8712\/22983?contentLang=oz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>regulation.gov.uz<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0platformalarida jamoatchilik muhokamasiga qo\u2018yiladi.
