{"id":5791,"date":"2026-01-16T15:32:28","date_gmt":"2026-01-16T10:32:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/invexi.org\/?p=5791"},"modified":"2026-01-19T15:49:53","modified_gmt":"2026-01-19T10:49:53","slug":"ebrd-finances-major-renewable-energy-project-in-uzbekistan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/invexi.org\/uz\/press\/ebrd-finances-major-renewable-energy-project-in-uzbekistan\/","title":{"rendered":"YTTB O\u2018zbekistonda qayta tiklanadigan energiya sohasidagi yirik loyihani moliyalashtirmoqda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"16\"><i data-path-to-node=\"16\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">2026-yil 15-yanvar<\/i> <i data-path-to-node=\"16\" data-index-in-node=\"19\">Muallif: Anton Usov<\/i><\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"17\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"17,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"17,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">YTTB yirik qayta tiklanadigan energiya va akkumulyator tizimlarini rivojlantirish uchun 195,5 million AQSh dollarigacha bo\u2018lgan miqdorda moliyalashtirishni tashkil etmoqda.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"17,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"17,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Mablag\u2018lar 300 MVt quvvatga ega quyosh elektr stansiyasi va 75 MVt\u00b7soat sig\u2018imli akkumulyator saqlash inshootini qurishga yo\u2018naltiriladi.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"17,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"17,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Loyiha Kanada, Finlyandiya va Yaponiya tomonidan birgalikda moliyalashtiriladi.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"18\"><em><strong>Yevropa Tiklanish va Taraqqiyot Banki (YTTB) Qashqadaryo viloyatida 300 MVt quvvatga ega yangi quyosh fotoelektr stansiyasi va 75 MVt\u00b7soat sig\u2018imli akkumulyator saqlash inshootini qurish va ishlatish uchun 195,5 million AQSh dollarigacha (168,5 million yevro) moliyalashtirish paketini tashkil etish orqali O\u2018zbekiston elektr tarmog\u2018iga o\u2018zgaruvchan qayta tiklanadigan energiya manbalarining xavfsiz va ishonchli ulanishini hamda qayta tiklanadigan energiya ishlab chiqarishni investitsiyalashda davom etmoqda.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"19\">YTTBning 141,6 million AQSh dollarigacha (122,1 million yevro) bo\u2018lgan ustuvor krediti va 25,0 million AQSh dollarigacha (21,6 million yevro) bo\u2018lgan kafolatli liniyasidan iborat moliyalashtirish paketi &laquo;Masdar&raquo; global qayta tiklanadigan va toza energiya kompaniyasiga to\u2018liq tegishli bo\u2018lgan maxsus loyiha kompaniyasi \u2014 &laquo;Nur Kashkadarya Solar&raquo;ga taqdim etiladi.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"20\">YTTB, shuningdek, Iqlim bo\u2018yicha harakatlar bo\u2018yicha yuqori ta\u2019sirli hamkorlik maxsus jamg\u2018armasi (HIPCA) doirasida Kanadadan 20,0 million AQSh dollarigacha (17,2 million yevro) va Finlyandiyadan 5 million AQSh dollarigacha (4,3 million yevro) imtiyozli moliyalashtirishni jalb qilmoqda. Bundan tashqari, loyiha Yaponiya-YTTB hamkorlik jamg\u2018armasi va YTTB tomonidan taqdim etilgan 3,9 million AQSh dollarigacha (3,4 million yevro) bo\u2018lgan imtiyozli moliyalashtirishdan ham foydalanadi. Loyiha Osiyo taraqqiyot banki tomonidan ham birgalikda moliyalashtirilishi kutilmoqda.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"21\">Loyiha YTTB tomonidan qo\u2018llab-quvvatlanadigan hukumatning qayta tiklanadigan energiya rivojlantirish rejasiga hissa qo\u2018shadi, ushbu reja 2030-yilga kelib 25 GVt quyosh va shamol quvvatlarini rivojlantirishni maqsad qilgan. Qurilish yakunlangach, quyosh stansiyasi yiliga 664 GVt\u00b7soat elektr energiyasi ishlab chiqaradi \u2014 bu 60 000 ta xonadonni elektr energiyasi bilan ta\u2019minlash va yillik CO2 chiqindilarini 400 000 tonnagacha kamaytirish uchun yetarlidir.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"22\">Loyiha 75 MVt quvvatga \/ 75 MVt\u00b7soat sig\u2018imga ega akkumulyator energiyasini saqlash tizimini (BESS) joriy etish orqali milliy tarmoq barqarorligiga hissa qo\u2018shishi kutilmoqda. BESS eng yuqori talab davrlarida qo\u2018shimcha energiya quvvatlarini taqdim etish orqali tarmoq ishonchliligi va moslashuvchanligini oshirishga yordam beradi.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"23\">YTTB O\u2018zbekistonda &laquo;yashil&raquo; energiya loyihalarining yirik moliyachisi hisoblanadi. Bugungi kunga qadar Bank mamlakatda tajribali xalqaro developerlar tomonidan homiylik qilingan 1,65 GVt shamol quvvati, 2,4 GVt quyosh fotoelektr quvvati va 668 MVt \/ 1,837 MVt\u00b7soat akkumulyator energiyasini saqlash tizimlarini qo\u2018llab-quvvatladi.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"24\">Bank shu kunga qadar O\u2018zbekistonga 204 ta loyiha doirasida deyarli 6,8 milliard AQSh dollari miqdorida sarmoya kiritdi, mablag\u2018larning aksariyat qismi xususiy tadbirkorlikni qo\u2018llab-quvvatlashga yo\u2018naltirilgan.
