(English) At the meeting of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 27, 2023, it was decided to keep the policy rate unchanged at 14 percent per annum.

(English) The Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of the Republic of Uzbekistan at current prices amounted to 469 619.0 billion soums (41,2 billions of US dollars) and, compared to January- June 2022, increased in real terms by 5.6%.

(English) The volume of services provided by residents of the IT park of Uzbekistan for 2022 amounted to 5.1 trillion. soums, and the export of IT services reached 140 million US dollars.

(English) The foreign trade turnover of Republic of Uzbekistan for the first half of 2023 amounted to 29.2 billion US dollars, an increase of 4.7 billion US dollars or 19.4% compared to the corresponding period of 2022.

(English) The growth rate of the Gross Domestic Product of the Republic of Uzbekistan as of July 1, 2023 amounted to: 105.6%, the real growth rate of the total income of the population: 106.5%.

(English) On July 11, a videoconference was held under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev on the issues of further expanding the attraction of investments.
