According to data from the Statistics Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the first half of 2024:

• The growth rate of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) was 106.4%;
• The Consumer Price Index – CPI (compared to December of the previous year) was 105.2%;
• The Industrial Production Index (IPI) reached 107.8%, which is 2.2% higher than the same period last year;

As of July 1, 2024, the permanent population of the Republic of Uzbekistan was 37,134.2 thousand people.
