According to the published report of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the International reserves of the Republic of Uzbekistan as of November 1, 2022 amounted to 32,315.5 million US dollars.
Of these, Reserves in convertible foreign currencies (Total amount of cash and deposits) amounted to 10,289.7 million US dollars (about 33%), Gold reserves amounted to 21,006.4 million US dollars (12.8 net million troy ounces or about 400 tons), which is about 65% of the total gold and foreign exchange reserves of the country.
It should be noted that the gold reserves of the Republic of Uzbekistan since the beginning of this year have increased by 1.18 net million troy ounces or 36.7 tons.
