A draft Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the State Program for the implementation of the “Uzbekistan – 2030” Strategy and reform programs for priority areas in the Year of Mahalla Development and Society Welfare Enhancement has been published for public discussion.

The document defines key reform benchmarks for 2026 and provides for systematic transformations aimed at mahalla development, improving the population’s quality of life, transitioning the economy to a technological growth model, forming a modern labor market architecture, environmental protection and rational water resource management, as well as further improvement of the public administration system and the judicial and legal sphere.

The State Program includes specific practical measures to achieve the target indicators of the “Uzbekistan – 2030” Strategy, as well as a list of draft regulatory and legislative acts being developed for each area.

The draft can be reviewed and proposals submitted on the websites www.uzbekistan2030.uz and regulation.gov.uz.

The discussion period will run until February 1, 2026.
