According to the Statistics Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in January-November 2023, foreign trade turnover in the country amounted to 57.3 billion US dollars and increased compared to the same period last year by 11.9 billion US dollars or by 26.2%.
Of the total foreign trade turnover volume, exports amounted to 23,204.3 million US dollars (by January-November 2023, an increase of 30.6% was noted) with a share in foreign trade turnover of 40.5%, and imports: 34.105.8 million US dollars (an increase of 23.3%) with a share in foreign trade turnover of 59.5%. As a result, the balance of foreign trade turnover amounted to a negative balance in the amount of -10.901.5 million US dollars.
Today, the Republic of Uzbekistan carries out trade relations with 199 countries of the world.
The largest volume of foreign trade turnover was recorded with China (21.3%), Russia (15.5%), Kazakhstan (7.0%), Turkey (5.0%) and the Republic of Korea (3.7%).
