According to the Statistics Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in November 2023, the consolidated Consumer price index (CPI) for the month was 101.1%, by December 2022 – 107.4%. In annual terms (as of November of the previous year), the consolidated CPI was fixed at 108.8%.
The average monthly increase in the CPI for January-November 2023 reached 0.7%. This is 0.2 points less than in the same period last year, and 0.1 points lower than in January-November 2021.
In November 2023 the CPI for goods for the month was 101.0%. Since the beginning of this year, this figure has reached 107.5%. In annual terms, the CPI for goods was at 108.9%.
The short term CPI for services in November 2023 was 101.5%. By December 2022 it reached 107.1% by November 2022 108.3%.
The short term CPI for food products in November of this year amounted to 101.3%, non food products 100.7%, paid services 101.5%. By December last year, the CPI for food products was fixed at 108.3%, non food products 106.6%, paid services 107.1%.
The CPI in annual terms for food and non food products was at the level of 110.1% and 107.5%, for services it reached 108.3%.
