According to the National Statistics Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as of March 1, 2025, there are 15,503 enterprises and organizations operating in Uzbekistan with foreign investment participation.

Among them:

• 4,011 (25,9%) are joint ventures,
• 11,492 (74,1%) are 100% foreign-owned enterprises.

The number of enterprises with foreign capital participation in Uzbekistan is distributed as follows:

1. China – 3,576 enterprises (23.1%)
2. Russia – 3,016 enterprises (19.4%)
3. Turkey – 1,899 enterprises (12.2%)
4. Kazakhstan – 1,082 enterprises (7.0%)
5. South Korea – 662 enterprises (4.3%)
6. UAE – 347 enterprises (2.2%)
7. Tajikistan – 329 enterprises (2.1%)
8. India – 316 enterprises (2.0%)
9. USA – 307 enterprises (2.0%)
10. Kyrgyz Republic – 303 enterprises (1.9%)
