The joining to the Network will give an opportunity to the Central Bank for improving capacity in development of ecological and climate risks management in financial sector of Uzbekistan by exchanging experience and learning best practices in this field.

Reference: The Network of Central Banks and Supervisors for Greening the Financial System (NGFS) is a voluntary association of central banks and supervisory authorities. The community was formed with the initiative of the Bank of France in December 2017 during the Paris Climate Summit. Today, 114 regulators as well as 18 observers are members of this community.
