According to preliminary data from the Statistics Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the foreign trade turnover of the Republic of Uzbekistan in January-July 2023 exceeded 34.9 billion US dollars.

Compared to the same period last year, the volume of foreign trade turnover increased by 23.3%.

From the total volume of foreign trade turnover:

Exports amounted to 14.9 billion US dollars, of which

– goods – 12.0 billion US dollars

– services – 2.9 billion US dollars

Import – 20.0 billion US dollars, of which

– goods – 18.8 billion US dollars

– services – 1.2 billion US dollars.

During the reporting period, the balance of foreign trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan was negative in the amount of -5.1 billion US dollars.
